    From the minute we arrived at Hotel Pousada Florença, we were welcomed like family by the amazing staff. Their hospitality was unmatched; everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The small details, like the daily sweet treats in our room and the delightful afternoon tea, added a touch of warmth to our experience.The hotel itself exuded a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The comfortable lounge with a crackling fireplace and the charming dining room where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and indulgent afternoon teas were perfect retreats after a day of exploration in Gramado. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of finding a tray with hot water and tea waiting in our room each evening - a comforting end to the day's adventures. The modern amenities provided, such as cable TV and a well-stocked minibar, ensured our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The air-conditioned room with a luxurious canopied bed and a private bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub for two people was a delightful sanctuary to unwind in. Not to mention the free WiFi access and complimentary private parking that made our stay even more convenient.In conclusion, Hotel Pousada Florença, a small owner-run guesthouse, exceeded our expectations with its homely atmosphere and excellent services. From the friendly staff to the charming details and modern amenities, this hotel truly made our Christmas holiday in Gramado a magical experience. I highly recommend this quaint gem to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting stay in this picturesque Brazilian town.
