From the minute we arrived at Hotel Pousada Florença, we were welcomed like family by the amazing staff. Their hospitality was unmatched; everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The small details, like the daily sweet treats in our room and the delightful afternoon tea, added a touch of warmth to our experience.The hotel itself exuded a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The comfortable lounge with a crackling fireplace and the charming dining room where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and indulgent afternoon teas were perfect retreats after a day of exploration in Gramado. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of finding a tray with hot water and tea waiting in our room each evening - a comforting end to the day's adventures. The modern amenities provided, such as cable TV and a well-stocked minibar, ensured our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The air-conditioned room with a luxurious canopied bed and a private bathroom featuring a relaxing bathtub for two people was a delightful sanctuary to unwind in.
